The aim of this course:
The aim of the course is to become proficient in multi-crew co-operation (MCC) in order to operate safely multipilot multi-engine airplanes. The objectives of MCC training are optimum decision making, communication, allocation of tasks, mutual supervision, use of checklists, teamwork, and support throughout all phases of flight under normal, abnormal and emergency conditions.
Theoretical & Simulator Training:
The training emphasises the development of non-technical skills applicable to working in a multi-crew environment. This is achieved by training exercises in which the students are crewmembers in the pilot flying (PF) and pilot monitoring (PM) roles.
This course takes approximately 1 week to complete, and consists of both ground and simulator training teaching you the fundamentals of sharing the workload with another pilot, in a flightdeck environment.
The MCC (Multi Crew Cooperation ) course is conducted on the ELITE or the ALSIM ALX FNTP II / medium Jet type (JOC).
MCC combined with A320, B737, ATR42/72, BAe146, Avro RJ Initial Type Rating is also provided.

The duration of the MCC is 1 week.
